Olivier Cloteau

trained in the catering professions at the Lycée Hôtelier in La Rochelle, his home town. Out of passion, he chose to blossom in the kitchen and set off to discover new flavours and techniques in Norway and Canada, developing an international culture when it came to gastronomy.

In 2023, while Executive Chef of the Restaurant La Petite Grange in Tournemire, he distinguished himself by obtaining the Bib Gourmand awarded by the Guide Michelin.

Since then, he has been keen to share his passion and taste for quality produce. He likes to select seasonal ingredients with authentic flavours from local producers. He sublimates them with his technical skills and creativity. Olivier Cloteau’s cuisine is delicate and subtle, sometimes with a hint of iodine, a maritime influence from his origins in the Charente region.
