5 – Licence to use the Site Content

The Website is hosted by a service provider, AGS Cloud (Access Global Security), on the territory of the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

The aim is to provide a service that ensures the highest level of accessibility. The host ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible time, in particular for maintenance purposes, to improve its infrastructures, in the event of infrastructure failure or if the services generate traffic deemed to be abnormal.

<7 – French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique, fichiers et libertés)

The person responsible for collecting this data is Christelle BOYER, in her capacity as Managing Director of Domaine des Granges.

The data collected and stored is hosted by Sequoïasoft, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS), with capital of 2,660,780.00 euros, registered in the Antibes Trade and Companies Register under number 52292163400054, whose registered office is located at Immeuble des Templiers, 950 Route des Colles 06410 BIOT, France.

Sequoïasoft is a company that supplies PMS (Product Management System) software for hosting the customer database and data processing. The purpose of the software is to market and manage products for professionals in the accommodation, catering, open-air hotel and wellness sectors.

9 – Booking and Payment System

When making a reservation on the Site, the browser/user is redirected to a subcontractor who offers a reservation and payment management solution.

The personal data collected is shared with the company Sequoiasoft and its Asterio solution, a foreign company not registered in the Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is located at 1681 Rte des Dolines 06560 Valbonne in France.

The data collected with Sequoiasoft is used to manage reservations and customers, for invoicing and payment purposes and to carry out commercial actions and satisfaction surveys.

<10 – Cookies

The request for mediation must be made within a reasonable period of time following the written complaint sent to Domaine des Granges. It should be noted that mediation is a voluntary and non-binding process for both parties. It is not a substitute for traditional legal remedies if mediation fails.

Mediation interrupts the statute of limitations. In the absence of an agreement between the parties, the dispute may be brought before the competent court.
