Our hotel has several categories of rooms, some of which are interconnecting to accommodate families with ease; some are also designed for people with reduced mobility.
Although very different in terms of décor and atmosphere, all the rooms at the Hôtel-Spa La Borie d’Hélipse offer the same high level of comfort: king-size bed, bathroom or shower room, separate WC with washbasin, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, welcome kit with sustainable cosmetics, safe, mini-bar, etc.

The Hôtel-Spa La Borie d’Hélipse offers one Suite, two Junior Suites and seven double rooms, including one PRM room, as well as three Suites and three double rooms in the ‘Petites Bories’, in the heart of the wooded park.

We do not offer half-board or full-board. However, we do offer à la carte breakfasts at €30.00 per person. You’ll also find a selection of à la carte menus at our gourmet restaurant Le Puy Tilleul or at Restaurant La Petite Grange, just a stone’s throw from the hotel in the heart of the village of Tournemire.

Our receptionists are on hand to offer advice and assistance, and can be contacted by telephone on +33(0) 4 71 47 05 75 Monday to Wednesday from 8am to 8pm and Thursday to Sunday from 8am to 11pm.

Deposits may be refunded on receipt of a written cancellation no later than 8 days before the date of arrival.
Between 7 days and 48 H 00 prior to arrival, the hotel will retain 30% of the booking.
After 48 H 00 of arrival, No Show or early departure, 100% of the stay will be due.
Any changes or cancellations made after this time will incur penalties.
This cancellation policy will be strictly applied.
You will not be able to benefit from the 14-day cooling-off period in application of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Rooms are available from 04:00 pm on the day of arrival. Reception is open until 08:00 pm from Monday to Wednesday and until 11:00 pm from Wednesday to Sunday.

Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. If you wish, you can leave your luggage at reception.

If necessary, you may leave the Hôtel-Spa La Borie d’Hélipse before 08:00 am. Please let reception know the day before before 8.00 pm so that formalities can be completed at the end of your stay.

The Hôtel-Spa La Borie d’Hélipse is open 7 days a week. Annual closure from early January to mid-February.

The towns of Saint-Flour, Clermont-Fd, Tulle, Brive la Gaillarde, Figeac and Rodez are all within a hundred-kilometre radius and can be reached in an hour to an hour-and-a-half’s drive.

In fine weather, the vast terrace of the Puy Tilleul restaurant welcomes you for a relaxing break and for your meals; you will enjoy the view over the verdant Doire valley and the picturesque village of Tournemire dominated by the towers of the medieval fortress of Château d’Anjony.

We do not have a vegetarian menu on the menu of Le Puy Tilleul, the restaurant of the Hôtel-Spa La Borie d’Hélipse. However, on request when you make your reservation, our Chef can adapt to your requirements.

As part of its spa facilities, Hôtel-Spa La Borie d’Hélipse offers its guests an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room and fitness room.

Children may use the swimming pool at the Hôtel-Spa La Borie d’Hélipse under supervision and are the responsibility of their parents or an adult accompanying them.

Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the La Borie d’Hélipse spa offers hotel guests free, unlimited access to the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room.
In addition, our spa practitioner offers an affusion shower, wellness treatments and massages by appointment.

The garden level of La Borie d’Hélipse is entirely dedicated to well-being. The indoor swimming pool, hammam and sauna, and fitness room are available free of charge to hotel guests. This area is also available by reservation to our restaurant and treatment room guests (€55 per person for 2 hours).
By appointment, our spa practitioner also offers affusion shower sessions, well-being treatments and massages.

Children can use the indoor swimming pool under the responsibility of their parents or an adult accompanying them. Certain facilities (sauna, hammam and fitness room) are forbidden to minors under the age of 16.

The La Borie d’Hélipse hotel complex is located in the Parc Régional des Volcans d’Auvergne, in the village of Tournemire, just a stone’s throw from the Château d’Anjony, and is close to some of the Cantal department’s major tourist attractions: The medieval town of Salers is 25-30 minutes away, Aurillac (home of the Pope of the Year 1000) is 20-25 minutes away, the village of Pleaux has been awarded the ‘Petite Cité de Caractère’ label and the Grand site de France Puy Mary – volcan du Cantal is 30 km away, Le Lioran is a ski and outdoor activities resort, and the golf courses of Haute Auvergne, Val Saint-Jean and Vézac are all within easy reach.

Our Le Puy tilleul restaurant can accommodate a wedding meal for up to 35 people. For your family or business events, don’t hesitate to contact us.
