1 – Menu Tilia: €65/person. The Tilia Menu, comprising a starter, main course and dessert, allows you to discover the inventive cuisine of our Chef Olivier CLOTEAU.
2 – Aubier Menu: 95 €/person. The Aubier Menu, comprising two starters, fish, meat and two desserts, immerses you in our Chef’s gastronomic cuisine.
3 – Table du Chef: 120 €/person. For an exceptional moment and a unique experience. Set up in the restaurant’s kitchen, our Chef Olivier CLOTEAU and his brigade will take you on a 6-course gustatory voyage of inspiration and creativity.
4 – Weekend stay package: €450 for 2 people. The package includes one night in a double room overlooking the Doire valley, à la carte breakfast served in the dining room or in your room, access to the spa area: swimming pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room. Package valid all year round, except July and August.
5 – Weekly stay package: €360 for 2 people. The package includes one night in a double room overlooking the Doire valley, à la carte breakfast served in the dining room or in your room, access to the spa area: swimming pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room. Valid all year round, except July and August. Our gift cards are fully customizable, for example with a Wine & Food pairing or a free amount that the beneficiary(ies) can use according to their preferences to pay for a hotel service, a meal or a treatment in our spa area. Once we have received your request, our receptionists will contact you to proceed with the payment of your order. After payment, we will send you a gift voucher valid for one year (excluding July and August) from the date of issue. NB: processing time is approximately 3 to 4 days (including delivery by post). Please anticipate your requests as far as possible.
At the Hôtel-Spa & Restaurant La Borie d’Hélipse, we invite you to combine gourmet pleasures with relaxation. Enjoy a moment of gastronomy at one of our tables – Puy Tilleul or Petite Grange. And for a moment of relaxation, enjoy privileged access to the Spa area (indoor pool, sauna & hammam, fitness room) at 55.00 euros/person for 2 hours (bathrobe, towels and slippers provided.
